If you love coffee and good friends, then these new stamps are just a perfect match!!  Really fun stamps this month and I had fun playing around with the Best Friends Forever set.

For this layout I used just the sentiment part of the stamp for my title.  These cousins really are the best of friends.  I created a lot of texture on this layout by using embossing paste and stencils.  The stamping you see on the page is the journal stamp from the Journal Mixed Media set and the Crackle Background stamp.  Gesso was lightly applied to the page around the edges.
The heart was die cut using Spellbinders Circle Dies.

The paper roses were brushed lightly with brushable glue and glittered using Sparkling Snow glitter.  For the sparkly butterflies, they were die cut using SU butterfly die and glittered using Daisy glitter.

Here is a closer look at the background textures.

Now to see a completely different look using the same stamp set here is a sneak peek at a card I created along with the Born To Shop stamp set.

Check back to see the full reveal of this card.  You will see how this stamp set can be used on so many different projects.

Happy Birthday To You!

Good afternoon everyone and Friday to you!!  I wanted to share a birthday card that I made for a dear friend using Anna Griffin's new embossing folders and die.  I just got these folders and they are all so pretty and I love the die cut out with embossed sentiment.

I used the embossing folder on the pink cardstock and then cut around.  For the frame it was also embossed onto white cardstock and I only cut out the frame, die cut the middle and placed a piece of DP in the window.

The sentiment was embossed and fussy cut around. The butterflies are Stampin Up dies.

This pretty rose is also a Anna Griffin die and embossed using the rose embossing folder.  I colored the rose with gelatos and added some sparkle using a glue pen and Bubblegum glitter.  The leaves were die cut and inked.  A few pearls were added to finish off the card.

I really love these folders and matching dies they really are so beautiful!!

Thanks so much for stopping by have a great weekend and remember....Keep Stamping.

Life Is Like A Sunflower

Good morning everyone, I would like to share a card with you today using the Sunflower stamp set.

Ink the sunflower image with versamark and stamp around the background paper.  Cover the stamped images with White EP and heat set.  Then comes the fun part, using Mustard Seed,  Spice Marmalade Distress, and a sponge dauber I inked the around the sunflowers with the lighter ink first.  Contiune blending the inks until you get the look you are going for.  As the ink gets darker the sunflowers really come to life!!

The sentiment was stamped and layered using 1/8" and 1/4" Tear-ific Tape along with Bronze Splendor and Autumn Medley glitter.  A small strip of Mon Ami Gabby Diamond Mesh was added.

The sweet little sunflower peeking over was stamped and colored using copic makers.  The sparkle you see is Bronze Splendor, Spirited Green and Autumn Medley all added using a glue pen.  Fussy cut out and placed above the sentiment using pop dots.

Thanks so much for stopping by, have a wonderful day and remember....Keep Stamping!!

Mwah!!

Good afternoon everyone!!!  It is a cold wet day here in Houston, TX, so what better way to spend it but paper crafting!!  I wanted to share a swing card I just finished using Sparkle N Sprinkle Love and Kisses Digi stamp.

I created my card base using Spellbinders Scalloped and Plain Heart dies.  I used the larger hearts from both sets. You can find details and instructions on how to cut and score the card base HERE.

Since is this a large stamp I resized it and printed it out.  That is the fun with digi you can make them any size to fit your project.  I colored the image with copic markers and added some sparkle with a glue pen and Fire Engine Red glitter.  They are then fussy cut out.  The sentiment was also printed, inked and layered.

To add a little more details I embossed the white heart with Anne Griffin's new Scripted Love embossing folder.  After embossing I lightly inked the raised areas with a soft blue pigment ink.  Layer the embossed heart on top of the scalloped heart.  The cute couple was placed on the heart using pop dots.  Using modeling clay and 3D Rose Quartet mould, the roses were created.  I let the clay air dry, and then added a small amount of color using Pink Shimmerz and a small brush.  The roses were then lightly brushed with brushable glue and glittered with Sparkling Snow.  I used the newly released Seasonal Tree stamp set for the leaves.

Here is a look inside the card!!  I printed the sentiment, die cut with the heart die and inked the edges.  It was then layered on top of the scalloped heart.  For the inside panel I used Anne Griffin's Heart and Tassels embossing folder.  This is a really pretty folder and it also comes with a matching border folder.

Thanks so much for stopping by hope you have enjoyed my Valentine's Day card, it was really fun making.

Have a wonderful evening and remember....Keep Stamping!!

Thinking Of You Card

Good morning everyone, hope you day is off to a wonderful start!!  I would like to share a card using the just released Seasonal Tree Stamp Set from Sparkle N Sprinkle!!  I just love everything about this stamp set it can be used on cards as well as layouts.

The background paper was created using a stencil, Bubblegum and Champagne Gelato.
The image was stamped with versamark and embossed using Teddy Brown EP, then colored using copic markers.  I randomly stamped the leaves using Garden Green and Celery pigment inks.   Once the leaves were stamped I punched small hearts and glittered them using Shell Pink and Fire Engine Red glitter.

A small banner was made using the Lacey Glitter Background technique.  I used Shell Pink and Fire Engine Red glitter.

Did you know we are having a Guest Designer Call?   Click here for all the details.  The deadline is February 15.  Good luck to all of you who apply!

Thanks so much for stopping by hope you have a great day and remember....Keep Stamping!
