Red White and Blue Birthday Card

I hope your 4th of July Weekend is off to a great start!!  My family and I will be traveling to the beach to spend the day celebrating our independence together!! Hope you all have a fun and safe day!  But before the fun begin I would like to share a cute side step card that I made for a birthday.

The stamps set used for this card is just to cute and screams beach!!  You can find this set at Sparkle N Sprinkle Online store it is the Surfin' Woody set.  I create the background paper using white CS versamark and the new Patriotic Sparkle EP,  the Crackle Background stamp.  This embossing powder is so pretty you will love it!!

All the images were stamped with black ink and colored using copic markers.  The pretty sparkle you see on the boards and fence are Spirited GreenFire Engine RedBronze SplendorWaterfall and Green Iris.  The images were fussy cut out and adhere to the background.  On one of the boards and the fence I used pop dots to adhere to card.  I place Shells mudd puddles around the fence.

The old woody was colored using copic markers and fussy cut out.  I used Fire Engine Red glitter on the body of the card.  For the bumpers and hub caps Silver Dreams was used.  For the windows I applied liquid glass to them.

Finally for the hammock and a nap, copic markers were used to color the image.  It was fussy cut out and glittered using Spirited Green, Fire Engine Red, Waterfall and Bronze Splendor glitter.  Around the bottom of the palm trees, I added Sea Glass Mudd Puddles.

This just turned out so cute and who won't want to go to the beach and relax??

Enjoy the celebrations and be safe!!  Thanks for stopping by and remember....Keep Stamping!!
