I hope you all are having fun on the blog hop, they are all amazing stamp sets this month from Summer to Christmas!!  I choose the Eskimo Kisses stamp set from my card.

I had just received the Build-A-Scene Dies and thought it would go perfect with this stamp set.

To start my card I cut 3 of the largest dies and glittered the edges of the trees with Diamond Dust glitter.

The background blue cardstock was embossed using the Snowflake Cuttlebug embossing folder.  Small snowflakes were punched out using sticker paper and glittered using Waterfall glitter.  Small drops of White Crystal Drops were placed in the middle of the snowflakes.

The image was stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored using copic markers.  To add sparkle to it I used a glue pen and Waterfall, Cherry Lemonade, Spirited Green, Hyacinth, Margarita glitter.  For the hat, ear muffs and collar I applied Dimensional Glue and covered with Twinkling Clouds on the hat, Petal Soft on the collar and Sparkling Sea flocking on the ear muffs.

Next I stamped the reindeer from the Reindeer stamp set and colored with copic markers.  The deer was fussy cut out and glittered using a glue pen and Sparkling snow glitter.

It was then time to put the scene together.  The layers were layered together using foam dots.  I deceived to cut the image apart and place on two different layers.  The cute little deer was placed on top of the 2nd layer.  The snowflakes were adhered to the card front using small foam dots.

A quick peek at project to come using the new stamp sets!  Be sure to stop back by to see all the details!

Next stop on the blog hop is the very talented ANNE

To My Husband

Good morning all, hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July!! I would like to share a card with you using the new Wetlands #1 stamp set.  I just love this set, so many ways to use this stamp. The card base was created using Sizzix's honeycomb embossing folder and Spellbinder's Radiant Rectangles.  A strip of 1/2" Tear-ific tape was placed on the edges of the card base.  The protective backing was removed and covered with Black Suede glitter.  The sentiment was stamp onto a piece of left over background paper.

To My Husband

To start my card I need to create my background.

To My Husband

Using my large acrylic block as my stamp , I applied distress inks to the block and misted with water.  I stamped onto a piece of watercolor paper to create my sunset background.  Love the use of the block as a stamp.

To My Husband

Next it was time to stamp the images, I inked the stamp with versamark and then re inked with black ink.  Clear embossing powder was applied to the images and heat set.

To My Husband

The bird was inked using the same technique and fussy cut out.  Sparkle was added to the water using a glue pen and Sparkling Snow glitter.

Hope you will stop by SNS to see all of the newly released stamp sets they are just beautiful!!

Thanks so much for stopping by, have a wonderful day and remember......Keep Stamping!!
