(*Tip: if you have difficulty with a particular link, try clicking on the Designer's blog title to send you to their Home page.)

Don't you just love all the new stamp sets!!  I really enjoyed working with the digi of Woofie's Birthday for my project this month.  I don't use the digi to often but this was really fun changing the direction and size of parts of the stamp. The card base is a center step design.  HERE is a tutorial on how to cut and score this design.  To create my background paper I used the Wrinkle Free Distress technique that I came across this week on Splitcoaststampers.  Four different colors of Tim Holtz's Distress Inks were used, Mustard Seed, Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade and Peacock Feathers.  This is a must try technique the results are just beautiful!!

The image was enlarged and printed out.  I repeated the printing this time flipping it around. I colored using copic markers.  The images were then inked using versamark and embossed with Sparkle EP.

Once the embossed was cool, I added glitter to some of the image using a glue pen, Orange Surprise, Ocean, Bubblegum, Daisy and Spirited Green glitter.
The banner was made using 3D Foam Pennants that have adhesive on both sides. I used pieces of left over background paper that was placed on one side and cut around.  Each piece was placed on top of blue twine, small pearls were added to finish them off.

This image was enlarged and flip around.  Since the lettering did not flip, I printed a second one and cut out the balloon and placed on top using pop dots.  The ball and collar were glittered using a glue pen along with Spirited Green and Ocean glitter.

For this little dog his ball and collar were glittered using a glue pen with Bubblegum and Ocean glitter.

One finally little dog was added to the bottom panel.

Digital stamps are so much fun you can change the look by just changing the size, flip the direction, cropping part of them out.  If you have not use them, you must try!!

Here are a couple of sneak peeks of projects to come using Splish Splash stamps.

We hope you enjoy the New Reveal Blog Hop as much as we do.  Thanks for joining us and remember to comment on each of the Designers' blogs to be eligible for the Grand Prize.

Happy Halloween All!!

Hope you all are ready for a spooky fun Halloween night.  My grandchildren are ready for some fun if the rain gets out of here in time!!  Fingers crossed!!

I just have to share two project that I finished using SVGcuts Boho Butterfly files.

This is so pretty at night!!  The pieces were cut out of vellum and colored using copic markers for the stain glass.  The light is one of the candle lights that I bought at Hobby Lobby.  It doesn't get hot, so it works perfectly for this lamp.

The second project is the Butterfly Box from the same files.  The butterflies were cut using cardstock and colored using copic markers.

I just love this group of files.  I have made two of the lamps and plan to make more using different color scheme.  Makes for a great gift!!

Enjoy your night have fun, be safe and remember....Keep Stamping!!

Wrinkle Free Distress

Good afternoon all, hope your day is going great!!  This morning challenge at Splitcoaststampers Hope You Can Cling was to use the Wrinkle Free Distress technique.  I had never use this technique and was not even sure what it was.  There is a tutorial here to show you what to do.  This is a really fun technique and the results are so pretty.  Here are two cards I finished using this technique.

For this card I used Tim Holtz's Distress Inks Peacock Feathers, Picked Raspberry, Mustard Seed and Spiced Marmalade and Memento Teal Zeal and Bamboo Leaves.  After the cardstock dried I stamped with Brilliance Coffee Bean using Finnabair Rust & Dust stamp.  The butterfly was die cut using Die-Versions Pretty Wings die on sticker paper.  Then removing the sticker paper backing a little at a time and applying different color glitter I created a beautiful sparkly butterfly.  The sentiment was stamped with black ink to finish a really beautiful card.  Love the look of the Wrinkle Free Distress paper.

Using the same technique and only three shade of ink Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade and Bamboo Leaves I created a fall background.  Once the paper was dry I stamped with a leaf stamp using Coffee Bean ink.  The image is from Sparkle N Sprinkle Pilgrim Thanksgiving it was stamped with black ink and colored using copic markers.  The leaves were punched using white cardstock and inked with Coffee Bean and Bamboo Leaves ink.

If you have not tried this technique it is a must!!  I know I will be using it again.

If You Can't Fly

Good morning everyone, as Halloween nears I wanted to share another spooky card with you!!  For this card I used the witch from the newly released Cackle On stamp set and the digi trees from the Sleigh Ride stamp set from Sparkle N Sprinkle.

To start the card I needed to make my background using the Lacy Background techinque.  Using a piece of sticker paper placed on top of white cardstock, remove the backing and place the spider web lace on top.  I used Night Sky first, burnish well with my finger.  The lace was removed and the lace was covered with Sparkling Snow and burnish well.  It really created a spooky background for my witch.

Using  Spellbinder's circle dies the moon was die cut from CS.  I layer two of the dies together on top of sticker paper to make the outer ring for the moon.  The backing was removed and glittered using Purple Rain glitter.  The edges of the moon was inked and a small line of glitter was added around the moon with a glue pen and Orange Surprise glitter.

My witch was stamped with versamark onto the moon and embossed using Black Detail EP.

Next the fence was punched using MS punch.  A little sparkle was added on the fence using a glue pen, Purple Rain and Sassy Silver glitter.

To create the slime, dimensional glue was placed on acetate and covered with Green Nugget glitter.  Allow the slime to dry overnight, then peel away from the acetate and you have glittery slime.

The tree were made using the digi Sleigh Ride stamp set.  It were enlarged and printed using a laser printer.  The tree was then fussy cut out and foiled using my Anna Griffin Minc machine and silver foil.

The cute little ghost was die cut using Anna Griffin die.  The raised embossing was glittered using a glue pen and Orange Surprise glitter.

Giving Thanks

Good morning, I have been playing along with Splitcoaststampers Hope You Can Cling Challenge which started Oct. 1st.  This is a wonderful challenge, if you would like to help those that are dealing with cancer this is the challenge for you!

The challenge for Wednesday was to have a mosaic look on your card.  I created that look using a brick stencil, 3d gloss gel and Red Rock chunky embossing powder from Sparkle N Sprinkle (tutorial on using the chunky embossing powder).

As you can see this really created a pretty look.  This embossing powder will be available soon at Sparkle N Sprinkle.

The scarecrow image is from Harvest Scarecrow from Sparkle N Sprinkle.

The image was stamped and colored using copic markers.  A little sparkle was added using a glue pen and Sparkling Snow glitter.

Double Diamond Fold Card

Hey everyone, are you ready for a wonderful weekend??  I have my oldest grandson visiting this weekend which is always fun!  Today I am sharing a double diamond fold card that I just finished.  You can find the tutorial over at Splitcoaststampers for this card base.

I just followed the tutorial for making the card.  I cut the DP and layered it to the card base.

The flowers were stamped and die cut using Heartfelt Creations Sun Kissed Fleur dies and stamps.

The sentiment was stamped and then die cut using Spellbinder's Oval and Fancy Oval dies.

Winter Wonderland

Good morning everyone,  this morning I would like to share a bendy card using both the digi and rubber newly released Sleigh Ride stamp set.
The top of each piece of the card base was die cut using Elizabeth Craft Outdoor Edges dies.  This created really pretty snow hills for my card.

For the background paper I used the Lacy Background Technique, using sticker paper, Sparkling Snow and Rapture Blue glitter.  The pieces were cut and adhere to the card base.

The base for this card was cut and then I added the fence across the front using a svg file.  To added the snowy look on the fence I used White Liquid Applique. While the Applique was wet I applied Diamond Dust to the top.  The Applique was allowed to dry overnight and then was heat set.   The lights were die cut using Elizabeth Craft Holiday House die.  They were glittered using Lady LuckSassy Silver and Champagne glitter.

The sleigh image was stamped with versamark and embossed using Black Detail EP.

The trees from the digi set were enlarged, printed and fussy cut out.  Using a glue pen Sassy Silver glitter was applied to the branches.
The cute little lamp post was cut using svg files.  Glitter was added using Lady Luck, Fire Engine Red, and Evening Glow glitter.

The glittery house was die cut from sticker paper.  The backing was removed and each piece was glitter using Fire Engine Red, Sparkling Snow, Lady Luck, and Black Suede.

The deer silhouette is a stamp from the Reindeer set.  Small snowflakes were punched using a Fisker punch from sticker paper and glittered using Sassy Silver glitter.
Once all the pieces had been stamped and glitter the fun part was assembling the card.

Hope you can Cling To Challenge

Good evening everyone, I have been playing along with the Splitcoaststampers Hope you Can Cling To Challenge.  This is a wonderful month long challenge, I played along last year and enjoyed it so much.  You can find all the details about the challenge HERE.  Each day there is a new host and a new challenge, all of the cards are for MD Anderson cancer patients.  Hoping all of these handmade cards bring a smile to someone who might really need it!!

Today I would like to share my first 6 cards with you!

The second, was made using a stencil, clear embossing paste, and Color Burst mist.
The sentiment is from Sparkle N Sprinkle Pink Ribbon Background Stamp.

My 3rd card was made using Sparkle N Sprinkle's Fan Geisha Stamp Set.

4th Card was created using Sparkle N Sprinkle's A Little Note stamp set.

Using svg files and Sparkle N Sprinkle Patriotic Icon stamp set for the sentiment, created the 5th card.

The next challenge was to recreate a card using the same stamp set but completely different.  I choose to use the Seasonal Tree from Sparkle N Sprinkle.  This time making it a winter card.  Here is the first card using this stamp set.

Two completely different!!

Today's challenge was to use a stamp and do not color in the lines.  You could use a small accent color which I did with the 2 small hearts.  The stamp used here is the digi version of Sparkle N Sprinkle's Love and Kisses.

Thanks so much for taking the time to look, I hope you will check out this wonderful challenge.

Have a blessed evening and remember.....Keep Stamping!!

Halloween

Good afternoon all, hope you had a great weekend!!  Today I would like to share a layout and card using the newly released Cackle Stamp set from Sparkle N Sprinkle.  For these 2 projects I used the digi version of the witch and increased the size.

Here you can see how perfect the enlarged witch is for a cute embellishment for this layout.  All that is needed is the cute little ghost and gobblins!  I'll have to wait until Oct 31st to finish this layout!!

For the second project I printed the digi version of the Cackle Stamp set from my laser printer and then covered it with silver minc foil and ran it through the machine for this pretty silver witch.  Two different looks using the same stamp set.

Hop on over to Sparkle N Sprinkle to see all the newly released stamp set, rubber and digi!

Keep Calm and Cackle On

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are having a wonderful weekend!!  The weather here in my neck of the woods, is absolutely beautiful cool and no humidity.  I hope you were able to join Sparkle N Sprinkle for their October Reveal, there were 6 stamp sets to be won.  I gave you a sneak peek of a card to come and here it is!!

This is made with the new Cackle On stamp set just released.  To start my card I needed to create the bold moon for that cute little witch.

I started with this ink and a sponge dauber to create the outer ring of the moon.

Next came the spiced marmalade and it was blended with the violet.

Here is the finished moon.

Next came the background for the card.  Using a piece of white cardstock, and several distress ink pad the background colors were added to the cardstock.  HERE is a tutorial for this technique.

Once the background color was achieved it was embossed using Tim Holtz's spider web folder.  Using a blending sponge black ink was sponged on top of the raise portion of the spider web.

Using Spellbinder's Circle Dies, a circle was cut from the background.  The witch was stamped with versamark and embossed using Black Detail EP.  The moon layer was placed underneath the background layer.  Using a glue pen around the edge of the moon glitter was added using Orange Surprise glitter.

To create the embellishment I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set using versamark and Black Detail EP.  It was then punched with a circle punch, inked.  A second circle was punched from purple CS and offset behind the sentiment.  Ribbons were added.

Thanks so much for stopping by, over the next few days the final 2 project from the October Reveal will be revealed!!  Hope you will come on back to see all the details!!

Have a wonderful weekend and remember....Keep Stamping!
