Be Stylish

I just love this stamp, Be Stylish!  I purchased it from the Rubber Cafe at the Scrapbook Expo in San Diego .  It makes such a cute card.  I stamped it with StazOn and colored with copic marker.  I embellished with stardust stickles and added a bow!  I used the cuttlebug embossing folder and cut 1/2 strip for the front of the card.

Happy Birthday

I created this beatiful birthday card for a very dear friend!  I just love this spotlight techinque.  It makes such a pretty card.  It is very easy to do, you just need to stamp two images on your card stock.  Color a portion of the stamp on one image, I used a 1 3/4 circle punch to punch out the colored area.  Ink the edges of the circle and place on the second image lining up the stamp. This is a very fun and pretty look.  You can use water colors, copic markers, color pencil to color the portion of the stamp.  On this card I used Prismacolor watercolors.

Pumpkin Patch 2010

I'm trying to finish up my 2010 album!  This was the twins 1st year for the pumpkin patch.  They were so tiny and only about 2 weeks old on their 1st visit.  I just love to use the Smilebox collage to create pages using serveral photos.  It is a wonderful way to use many photo on one page.   I used the Cricut Wild Card cartridge to cut leaves from different color card stock.  I used a oval puch to punch 3 oval and created a pumpkin for embellishment.  I used paper from Where The Heart Is stack by Zoe Pearm.  I used the Wild Card cartridge to cut out the stem for the pumpkin.  A little ribbon and some button for embellishments.  I really love the way this turned out.

Twins 1st Birthday Invite

As October is fast approching, our twins Andrew and Alyssa will be turning 1!  Hard to believe a year has pass.  My daughter ask if I could design birthday invitations for their party.  They both just love Mickey and Minne Mouse so we have decided to have a Mickey and Minnie party. I have used the Disney Stack by EK Success.  I have had so much fun making these card to 2 special little ones in my life!!!

Great Father's Day Card!

I find this stamp Stained Glass Sailboat at Sparkle and Sprinkle and just love it!  I stamped using StazOn black ink onto a vanilla piece of cardstock and used a corner punch to round the corners.  Using watercolor I colored the stamp and used stardust stickles to give a little bit of sparkle.  The striped paper came from DCWV Natural matstack.  A few stone embellishment and a little ribbon make this card pop!  I gave this card to my husband on Father's Day and he just loved it.

Spotlight Techinque

I had so much fun with this Spotlight Techinque.  I stamped the stamp in StazOn ink on the card front as well as on a separte piece of card stock.  I then watercolor the stamp on the card front.  On the second stamp I punched out a 1 3/4 inch circle and inked the edges with black StazOn ink.  You then glue the circle onto the stamp matching up the design of the stamp.  I used border punches in 3 different color for the edge of the card and finshed it off with Sparkle N Sprinkle  1/2 inch Tear-ific Tape and glitter.  It really make a beautiful card that can be used for any occasion.  Thanks for looking!
