These are all beautiful and fun stamps.  I just love the Camera Life and the Travel Mixed Media, they are perfect for scrapbook pages!!

I started my page with a plain piece of white 12 x 12 cardstock.  Using the Tim Holtz's Spritzer and copic markers to create my background.  This spritzer is really a great way to create different background that you can coordinate with elements on your page. Once the color was added I used different stencils and embossing paste to add some texture to my layout.  The Travel Mixed Media was stamped around the page with brown ink.  The sentiments were stamped with black ink along the left side of the page.  They are from the Camera Life set, Flourishes 1 set and Flourishes 2 set.  The border along the left side was stamped using Brocade Background stamp set.

To give the photo a little extra sparkle I used a glue pen and Daisy glitter on the yellow flowers.  There is a tutorial HERE to show you how to add glitter to your photos.

The flourishes were both new stamps revealed last month. The Floral Flourish makes a beautiful embellishment for your page.  It was stamped with black ink cut out and glittered using BubblegumOrange Surprise and Spirited Green glitter.

I used Tim Holtz's sun rays stencil and covered it with embossing paste.  Once it was dry I stamped the journal stamp on top of the dry paste.

The flourish at the top of the page was glittered the same as the bottom flourish.  This stamp was also revealed last month Leafy Flourish.  I also used a chipboard flourish and embossed it using Tangy Tangerine EP.  It then was embossed again using Magic Speckle EP.  Be sure to see the tutorial on how to use the pretty Magic Speckle.

A closer look at the background.  The paper flowers were also stamped with the Journal stamp.

SNEAK PEEK ALERT!!

Road Trip

Good morning all, hope you have had a wonderful week and ready for the weekend!!!  We had a special week as we celebrated our 2nd born grandson's 10th birthday.  Can't believe he is 10 already man time just flies when you are having FUN!!

I would like to share a layout with you today that I made using the new Sparkle N Sprinkle Travel Mixed Media stamp set. We had taken a road trip to Gruene Texas and I thought these stamps would work perfect with this layout.

Along the trip we saw the most beautiful blue bonnets and painted desert wildflowers.  They were so bright in colors.  Really pretty!!  I stamped the map with black ink and misted.  The stars are chipboard that I glittered using brushable glueFire Engine RedReflection and Blue Lightning glitter.  The small wood embellishment were ink with brown and black ink.  A small amount of liquid glass was placed on the car lights and camera.  While it was still wet I added Sparkling Snow.

On each side of the page a dolly stencil was used and inked with green ink.  On the left side embossing paste was applied over the ink and glitter was applied while paste was still wet.

For the corner accents I used a stencil and grey ink and inked the stencil.  I removed the stencil and offset it slightly and applied embossing paste.  While the paste was still wet I covered it with Bubblegum glitter.  The offset of the stencil and embossing paste made a really pretty look!

The postage stamp was stamped with black ink, and the title was computer generated.

What a beautiful view of the historic water tower!!  The tag was cut and embossed using Anne Griffin's embossing folders.  If you have never visited this area of Texas you should so much fun!!

Thanks so much for stopping by.  If you would like more details on how to create this layout, please visit my SNS Gallery.  All of the wonderful "SPARKLE" on this page is found in the Sparkle N Sprinkle Online Store.

Have a wonderful weekend and remember.....Keep Stamping!!

Birthday Card

Good afternoon everyone, hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day!  We are a military family our son served for many years so this holiday has a special meaning for our family as it does for so many families!! This is a picture of my son while on duty in AF, we are so proud of him and his service to our country!!

Today I would like to share a birthday card with you that I made for my daughter's 36th birthday.  Wow can't believe how time has flown!!  I can remember bring her home for the hospital seems like only yesterday.  I used the Elizabeth Craft Design stickers for this card.

These stickers as just so pretty and so easy to use.  You can find her video online on how to use them HERE.  It is super easy.  I used shimmer sheets and different embossing folders to create the background.  These shimmer sheet are so pretty and really make a beautiful background for your card.

The coloring on the fan is done using copic markers.  You just color right on top of the glitter with the makers.  The picture does not show all the beautiful sparkle, but it is so sparkly.

If you have not try these stickers, you really should!!  They are just so pretty.  Hope you enjoy my card, my daughter just loved it.

Thanks for stopping by and remember.....Keep Stamping!!

I hope you all have had a chance to view all the beautiful new releases!!!  I had so much fun working with them and know you will too!!

I just loved the Church stamp and would like to share it with you!!

The images was colored with copic markers and cut out.  I then cut the image into 4 pieces and adhere to a black oval.  Here is a look at how my image was cut.

Using a glue pen I added Sparkling Snow and Green Iris glitter to the image.

A tag was cut from salmon cardstock and punched with a border punch.  I used a white gel pen to mark the faux stitch lines.  For the flourish behind the image, I used Anna Griffin die.  The flourish was cut from white cardstock , ink with versamark and embossed using Indian Spark EP.  While the Indian Spark EP is still hot place Magic Speckle on top and heat from the bottom.  The Magic Speckle EP gives a very pretty embossed look!  I hope you are able to see that from the pictures!!

A closer look at the embossing.  Added pearls to flourish!!

I placed a 1/4" Tear-ific Tape on the edges of the cardstock removed the backing and glittered using Florida Beach glitter.

Here is a look at several other projects using the new stamps sets!!
