Colorful Creations Challenge

 

 

May Release Week at Flourishes is here!  Today's challenge is to use the colors from the above picture. I can't wait to see what they have in store for us this month. I choose to use the Summer Blossom and Butterflies and Blossom stamp set. I used the spotlight technique on the stamped image, you can found the tutorial on Splitcoaststampers. Timeless Tuesday Challenge ~ It's All In A Name!

Good morning all, it's time for Flourishes Tuesday Challenge!  Today's challenge is being hosted by Ally and is to used the items listed from your birth month.

My birth month is September so I needed to using embossing and the color purple.  I have been working on Mother's Day cards and had one that fit the challenge perfectly.  I have been using the Pop N Cuts from Sizzix it made a lovely card. I had seen a card from the Sizzix Blog that was using the same dies and just had to give it a try! I used the butterfly from my Flourishes Butterflies and Blossoms stamp set.  It worked perfect to!  Hope you all having a wonderful week!  Remember to Keep Stamping!!  

Karen Burniston's Accordion Flip 3-D Album

I finally found this album, I have been looking and everywhere was sold out! This is my first card with this die and I just love it!!!  I know I am going to have so much fun with it and there is so many possibilities.  I created this for Mother's Day using the album die and the Frame and Label Bracket.  Hope you all have a chance to use this product it is amazing!!

Challenges For Simply My Digital Studio

I having been having so much fun, and learning a lot by playing along with Simply My Digital Studio Group on Facebook. Last week's challenge was to create a pie shape to use on your page and the week was to use the freeform line tool to attach your text to a shape. Flip It Card

Just finished this cute card using Sizzix's Flip It Flower Die. My husband bought this for Christmas. I really have had fun with this die, really cute cards. They are so easy and fast to make. Make sure to check the Sizzix Blog for more cute cards using the Flip It Dies!!

Timeless Tuesday Challenge #216 ~ Frame It!

Hi all, it's time for another Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge.  Today it is all about frames.  You will create a project or card using any type of frame.  I choose to use Spellbinder's square frames in two different sizes.  I used Flourishes Butterflies and Blossoms stamp set, pearls from one of the 1 2 3 Kits and the Cuttlebug Honeycomb embossing folder.  I used  Sakura Glaze Pens to color my image.  I have never used them to color an image before, but love how pretty it turned out.  We are enjoying some really nice spring weather here in Texas and I thought this was a perfect spring image.  Enjoy the rest of the week and remember Keep Stamping!!
