Timeless Tuesday Challenge ~ #219

I'm a little late getting my challenge card posted for this week!  Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge this week is to use black accents.  I having been seeing all the cute blackboard technique and had been wanting to try it.  I thought what a perfect time to experiment with it and I found it to be so much fun!  I used the Patriotism on Parade by Flourishes for my card.  I made cute little banner, some baker's twine and rhinestones to finsihed off the card!
