Last month the winner came from April's blog.  Wonder which Designer contains the Grand Prize winner this month?

Hope you all are enjoying all the new releases!!
I used the cute Toyland Bear set to create a tag for my layout.

To create the tag I stamped the image with Teddy Brown EP and colored with copic markers.  A second image was stamped and the bear only was colored with copic markers and fussy cut out.  The bear was placed on top of the first image using pop dot.

The tag was cut using my Cameo and a white gel was used to create the stitch lines.  For all that pretty sparkle I used  Sparkling Snow, Fire Engine Red and Spirited Green glitter and a glue pen. The snowflake was punched using Sizzix's Snowflake die and glittered using Sparkling Snow.  Mon Ami Gabby Embellishment was used in the center.

I used a strip of white CS and strips of  1/8", 1/4" and 1/2" Tear-ific Tape to create the sparkly stripes.  Place the tape on top of the CS, remove the backing one strip at a time and apply glitter to each strip.  For the strip I used Lady Luck, Silver Dreams and Fire Engine Red.  I also used 1/2" Tear-ific Tape to create the bow. You can find a tutorial HERE on how to create one.

The title was stamped with versamark and embossed with White EP.
A few snowflakes were punched and glittered using Sparkling Snow glitter.

  12. Belinda, Such a great layout of the children! You gave Toyland Bear a third look along this blog hop. The light copic coloring keeps the bear from overpowering the photo. Lots of sparkle and glitter everywhere to notice your image but not overpowering. Love the idea of how to make glitter strips. Now I can make a bow and ribbon from just tape and glitter or flocking or...

  13. I love your layout! The colors are great and the glitter matches the paper so well. Awesome!

  14. Lovely layout. The teddy is very sweet. I really love that gorgeous glittery ribbon and bow you created. Definitely on my list of techniques to try.
