I choose to use the Sleigh Ride set for my Reveal Project!

The design for my card is a Stand Up Card, you can find the template Here for the card base.  Once the base was cut, and the panels were cut I stamped the trees from the stamp set with versamark and embossed with Tinsel EP.   Small strips of white cardstock was torn to create the snow banks.  Using dimensional glue along the edges of the snow banks sparkle was added using Diamond Dust glitter.  A thin line of glitter was added around the edges of the white panel using a glue pen and Sassy Silver glitter.  The snowflake was cut using a svg file from Silhouette and glittered using brushable glue and Sparkling Snow glitter.  A belly band was made and a strip of 1/4" Tear-ific Tape was added to the middle.  I removed the backing and applied Sassy Silver glitter.  The Winter Wonderland is from the digi version of the Sleigh Ride set.  It was printed with my laser printer and foiled using Anne Griffin's  Minc and silver foil.  A small snowflake from  Snow One Like You stamp set was added.

Now the fun to create the inside began!

I used stamps from the Reindeer Stamp Set and Tree Scene set.  First I cut all the panels, and began stamping the trees on the side panels.  They were colored with copic markers.  Using a glue pen on the snow area of the trees glitter was added using Sparkling Snow glitter.

Small snow banks were torn and inked with blue ink along the edges.  Sparkling Snow glitter was added along the top edges of the banks using dimensional glue.

The small deer was stamped on the left side of the card and colored with copic markers.

Now to create the main panel, I made a large snow bank using Elizabeth Craft's Outdoor Edges dies.  The top edge was ink and glitter.  The sleigh was then stamped with versamark and embossed using Black Detail EP.  The sentiment was stamped with Memento Bahama Blue ink.  A second snow bank was created and placed behind.  Next required a small bit of masking.  The deer were stamped first and a second one stamped and cut out.  Placing the cut out image on top of the 1st image the trees were stamped.  Remove the mask image and I had a beautiful winter scene.  The images were all colored using copic markers.  Small amount of sparkle was added to the deer using a glue pen and Sparkling Snow glitter.  To add the snow to the trees I used White Liquid Applique that was lightly dusted with Sparkling Snow glitter.  The trees were heat set the next morning to create the puffy look of snow. The sleigh panel was then adhere to the main panel and small snowflakes were added.  I was so pleased with how pretty this turned out.  Small thin line of glitter was added to the inside panel using a glue pen and Sassy Silver glitter.

A look from the side of all the beautiful sparkle!!

I would like to give you a small peek of projects to come using stamps from the Reveal!

Beach Comber

Good morning everyone, today I wanted to share with you one last beach project!  I had this canvas in my stash for sometime and deceived to finally use it!  I flip it over and made a shadow box out of it.  First I covered the edges with embossing paste.  When the paste had dried Color Burst powder was used in a very small amount to the edges and inside using Ultramarine Blue, and Violet.  The canvas with then lightly misted to let the color come alive.  Next the inside was stamped with SNS Tropical stamp set shells.

The cattails, grass, seaweed and anchor were all cut using my Silhouette.  They were placed on the edges and inside the canvas and small shells were then added.

Using gel medium small micro beads were placed inside and along the bottom edge.  A small chipboard frame was added.

I placed drops of dimensional glue on acetate and covered with Sparkling Snow glitter, let dry overnight.  I removed the glue drops from the acetate and they were used for bubbles.

A title was added to the top along with some fishing net and chipboard.

Happy Halloween

Good morning all, hope you are ready for a great weekend!!  Today I will share a Halloween card using the new Anne Griffin bat die, and a technique I saw on Pinterest for creating a background using embossing folders and inks.  This is so much fun and the results are really nice!!

For the sparkly moon I just die cut a circle using sticker paper and glittered it with Evening Glow glitter.  Using a glue pen around the edges I add sparkle with Orange Surprise glitter.
The little button was made using a file from Silhouette, small pieces of ribbon was added.

Following the tutorial the background was created, and then I lightly misted using Tattered Angel Pearl Shimmer Mist.

The bat was die cut and accents added using a white gel pen.

Scary Ghost

Good afternoon everyone, it has been a busy day!!!  I did what to share a Halloween card I made using the new Anne Griffin dies.  These are super cute and really work well for all your Halloween projects.

To create the background I die cut the web using super adhesive sheets and removed the inside pieces. Once all the pieces were removed I applied Purple Rain glitter and burnish it with my finger.  I then removed the remaining web pieces and applied Sparkling Snow glitter.

The ghost was then die cut twice, once from cardstock and once from vellum.  On the vellum piece Green Nugget glitter was added using a glue pen.  A small piece of black cardstock was placed behind the eyes and mouth.  The ghosts were then glued together at the bottom point only.

The cute little spider was die cut from sticker paper and glittered using Green Nugget.  It was suspended from the top of the card using silver cording.  This really turned out so nicely love all the pretty "Sparkle"

Burst Through Halloween Card

Good morning everyone, hope your day is off to a great start!!  Last week Splitcoaststampers shared a tutorial for a Burst Through technique, and I couldn't wait to give it a try.  I had just received Anne Griffin's Halloween dies and thought the ghost would work perfectly!!  Here is a look at my spooky card!

The sparkly you see is Green Nugget glitter.  The spider web is from the same Anne Griffin dies.

The slime was created by drawing the slime with dimensional glue onto acetate, covered it with Green Nugget glitter and let dry over night.  Once dry remove it from the acetate and place on your card!

Have A Nice Day

Good morning all, today I would like to share a beach shadow box card with you that was made using the Tropical stamp set.

Have A Nice Day

The background for the card was created using Ultramarine Blue and Pthalo Green Color Burst.  I misted the paper and then added the powders and let them mix together to created this pretty background.  The frame and inter frame was cut using my Silhouette.  1/2 Tear-ific Tape was placed on top of the outer frame.  I removed the backing and applied Ocean glittered around the frame in small areas.  The step was repeated using Spirited Green glitter to create a pretty frame.  The 2 frames were then adhere together and placed on top of the background paper using foam tape.

Using dimensional glue I placed large dots on a piece of plastic and covered with Sparkling Snow to create the bubbles.  The glue dots were left to dry overnight and then removed from the plastic piece and placed on the card.  Small piece of chipboard was placed inside the frame.

On This Special Occasion

Well I finally got to use all my new products from Anne Griffin!!  I have had the new Minc, foils, glitter and all the lovely embellishment for a few months. I have had lots of fun foiling and glittering these beautiful pieces.  Here is a look at a card I made for a very special friend for her birthday!

The embossed frame is one of the newly released embossing folders from Anne, they are just so pretty!  I embossed the cardstock and then cut around the embossing to create this lovely background piece.  It was inked and placed on top of the DP.

Then the fun of layering all of the pretty foil pieces on the card began.

The bow was die cut using Anne's bow dies, there are several different bow in this set.  I just love them!

California Dreamin'

Good afternoon everyone, hope you had a wonderful weekend!!  Today I'm sharing a card that I did for Sparkle N Sprinkle's Sept Reveal, all about the beach!!

My card base is a simple stepper card

Simple Stepper Card Tutorial
This easy technique can be applied to make a card any width. The complete card shown above was made from a 5" wide card base.  You can find details Here on how to create this design.

I started my card by stamping images from 3 different stamp set Surf's Up, Tropical and Surfin Woody stamp set.  The images were colored with copic markers and fussy cut out.  The waves were cut using my Sihouette on white cardstock.  I applied Ultramarine Blue Color Burst and misted with water to create the blue on the top wave.  Using a glue pen to the edges of both waves I added sparkle using Sparkling Snow glitter.

Once the fence was colored and cut out, Florida Beach and Spirited Green was applied using a glue pen.  2 strips of Tear-ific Tape were used on the front panel, 1/2" piece was placed at the top and glittered using Waterfall glitter.  A 3/4" piece was placed next and glittered using Celestial glitter, the fence was then placed on top using pop dots.

The sun rays were created using Tim Holtz's Sun Rays stencil with embossing paste.  I took a small amount of Metallic Melon gelato and mixed it with the embossing paste, them covered the stencil with it.  While the paste was still wet I lightly dusted with Sparkling Snow.  When the paste was completely dry I sponged the bottom area using the same Melon gelato.  A small piece of cardstock was torn, inked with versamark and embossed using Hit the Beach EP.  The piece was then inked again with versamark and a small amount of Magic Speckle EP was applied and heat set.  The edges were then inked with brown ink.

The background paper that the surf boards were stamped on was made using Pthalo Green, Lemon Yellow, Violet, Ultramarine Blue Color Burst.  I applied a small amount of each color onto watercolor paper and misted with water.  The colors really turned out so pretty.  The boards were stamped and fussy cut once the paper had dried.

The sentiment was stamped with versamark and embossed using Sapphire EP.
