Scrapy Land Challenge #97

It's time for a new Scrapy Land Challenge.   The theme is always ANYTHING GOES using any brand of die that Scrapy Land sells.  In addition, we have TWO WINNERS for each challenge.  One will be a random winner and the other is chosen by the Design Team.  Each winner will receive a generous $10 gift certificate to Scrapy Land.

 

 

 

To created this birthday card I used the layered flower die from Crafter's Companion. 

 

 

 

 You can find similar dies Here.  The images were stamped and glittered using a glue pen and Green Nugget glitter from Sparkle N Sprinkle.  The flowers were die cut from pink cardstock and inked on the edges using distress ink. Using a glue pen and Bubblegum glitter from Sparkle N Sprinkle a bit of sparkle was added to the flower edges.   The flowers were placed on top of the stamped image using foam dots.

 

Scrapy Land will be celebrating their 100th Challenge in October, be sure to look out for all the details coming on wonderful prizes and a fun blog hop!!

Scrapy Land Challenge #95

 

 

It's the 1st Wednesday of the month and time for a new Scrapy Land Challenge.   The theme is always ANYTHING GOES using any brand of die that Scrapy Land sells.  In addition, we have TWO WINNERS for each challenge.  One will be a random winner and the other is chosen by the Design Team.  Each winner will receive a generous $10 gift certificate to Scrapy Land.

 

 

To create my easel card I used these beautiful dies from Crafter's Companion along with glitter from Sparkle N Sprinkle.  You can find similar dies HERE.

 

 

To start my card I stamped the image with versamark and embossed with silver embossing powder. The flowers were die cut and the edges inked with distress inks.  They were  placed on top of the stamped image and small drops of Nuvo Dandelion Crystal Drops were placed in the centers.  The sentiment was stamped in the circle and sparkle was added using a glue pen and Fascination Glitter from Sparkle N Sprinkle. 

 

 

 

The inside of the card was stamped with a stamp from Stamps by Chole and glittered using the same technique as the front of the card.

Scrapy Land Challenge #94

  It's time for a new Scrapy Land Challenge.   The theme is always ANYTHING GOES using any brand of die that Scrapy Land sells.  In addition, we have TWO WINNERS for each challenge.  One will be a random winner and the other is chosen by the Design Team.  Each winner will receive a generous $10 gift certificate to Scrapy Land.

 

 

 

To create my easel card I started with frame dies from Tonic Studios.  You can find similar dies HERE.  To embellish the frames small drops of Sea Breeze Jewel Drops were added.  The banner is from the same frame die set. 

 

The roses were die cut using the Aged Rose die from Crafter's Companion.  Once the roses were rolled the edges were inked and small drops of Morning Dew Crystal Drops were added to them.  The leaves were die cut using Memory Box Modern Leaf Circle Frame die.

Scrapy Land Challenge #91

Good morning everyone it's the first Wednesday of the month and time for a new Scrapy Land Challenge.   The theme is always ANYTHING GOES using any brand of die that Scrapy Land sells.  In addition, we have TWO WINNERS for each challenge.  One will be a random winner and the other is chosen by the Design Team.  Each winner will receive a generous $10 gift certificate to Scrapy Land.

 

 

 

To start my card I stamped the image using a stamp set from Stamps by Chloe and embossed it using Gold embossing powder from Sparkle N Sprinkle.  The background layer was also stamped and embossed use the same embossing powder. 

 



The flowers were die cut using a dies from Crafter's Companion.  You can find similar dies HERE.  The top flower layer was die cut using sticker paper and glittered using The Beach glitter from Sparkle N Sprinkle.  Small rhinestone and pearls were added.



The sentiment was stamped and heat embossed.  Gold glitter was added around the circle using a glue pen and The Beach glitter.

Delight in the Beauty

Good morning everyone, I would to share a gatefold card with you today made using the digi Lovely Magnolia stamp set.  This beautiful stamp set is from Sparkle N Sprinkle and it comes in rubber as well.  Let me show you how it came together.

 

 

To create the gatefold base I used the beautiful Elizabeth die from Crafter's Companion.  Small drops of Pearl White Crystal Drops were added.

 

 



 Closer look at all of the detail on the edges.



The pretty magnolia was enlarged, printed and cut out using the Silhouette.  A shadow layer was also cut out using the Silhouette.  Sparkle was added using the Nuvo Small Glue Pen, Sunny Daze and Spirited Green glitter.

 



 

The sentiment was also enlarged, and the smaller magnolias were placed in the corner.  This was printed out and placed inside the card.  A strip of 1/2" tear-ific tape was placed along the edges and glittered using Sunny Daze glitter.

You'll Be An Amazing Mom

Good morning all, hope your day is off to a great start!!  Today I want to share a card made with the digi Baby Oh Baby stamp set.  Let's get started on how this came together.

 

To created the background a piece of super adhesive sheet was cut to 5" x 5" and placed

on top of pink cardstock backing removed and glittered using Starfire glitter. 

I used the Victorian die from Crafter's Companion and die cut it twice. They were placed

on top of the glittery background paper small drops of Strawberry Coulis Crystal Drops was added around the die cut.

 

Next the image and sentiment were sized, printed out using the color stamp and cut using

the Silhouette.  Sparkle was added using the Nuvo Small Glue Pen, Sunny Daze, Spirited

Green, and Starfire glitter.  Small drops of Ebony Crystal Drops were also added.

 

The ribbon was made using 1/2" Tear-ific Tape and Sunny Daze glitter.

 

The sentiment was layered and placed on the card using foam dots.
