Hope you are having fun on this "special" hop!!

For my card I choose to create a puzzle ribbon in  honor of Autism Awareness.  Since my grandson was diagnosed with Autism this really has a special place in my heart!!

To create the look of a puzzle, I die cut the Awareness Ribbon Doily Die from cardstock and placed it on top of a piece of white cardstock.  Using colored pencils I colored in the open areas.  Once the areas were colored in I used a glue pen and glittered them with Daisy, Ocean, Terrific Blue and Fire Engine Red glitter.  I then cut around the ribbon.

The die cut ribbon was then inked with versamark ink and embossed with Dark Night EP.  The glittered ribbon was then glued underneath the embossed ribbon.  I really love have it resembles puzzle pieces with represent Autism Awareness.

I used Spellbinder's Radiant Rectangles to create the easel card.  The frame for the card was die cut from sticker paper and glittered using Ocean glitter.  On the second layer I used my finger tool and applied Brushable Glue to the edges and glittered using Evening Glow glitter.

The sentiment was computer generated.

The inside of the card was die cut using the same Radiant Rectangles dies.  Ocean and Sparkling Snow glitter added the sparkle.  The edges were inked with Tim Holtz's Tumbled Glass Distress Ink and a large pearl was placed in the center.

A little sneak peek of projects to come!!  Be sure to come on back to see the entire projects!

Hopefully you came from Chris's  blog.  Your next stop on the Awareness Campaign Blog Hop is Ashley.  If you get lost along the way or have a problem with a link, the complete list of Designers is located on both the Die-Versions Blog as well as the Sparkle N Sprinkle Blog.  Happy Hopping!

Good Morning All!

Good morning everyone, hope your weekend was wonderful!!!  I have been working on a couple of cards using the same stamp set from Sparkle N Sprinkle and would like to share the 1st one with you this morning.

I used the Fan Geshia stamp set.  This is such a beautiful set!!  To start my card I stamped the bamboo stamp with versamark onto my background paper and embossed with Cappuccino Star EP.  This was my first time to use this powder and it is just beautiful!

The image was stamped with black ink and colored using copic markers.  To added the sparkle, I used a glue pen and Spirited Green, Waterfall and Champagne glitters.  The edges were ink with blue ink.

For the border piece, it was punched using Martha Stewart scalloped punch.  A piece of 1/4" Tear-ific Tape was placed and glitter using Laser Blue glitter.

Enjoy the rest of your day and remember.....Keep Stamping!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Friendship

Good afternoon everyone, hope you all had a wonderful Easter!!  Today I would like to share a card with you from my sneak peek using the new Friendship Flowers stamp set!!

I created my background using a spritzer, stencil and copic markers.  Once the background was finished, the  circle was cut  in the middle of the background paper using Spellbinder's circle dies.  To create a frame for my circle I using the same die and one, 1 size smaller from blue cardstock.

The image was stamped with black ink and colored using copic markers.  I fussy cut the image and glittered using a glue pen, Surf , Rapture Blue, Daisy and Sparkling Snow glitter. The image was then placed on top of the circle using foam dots.

The banner was stamped with versamark and embossed using Black Detail EP.

Anna Griffin's corner dies were used for the 2 corners.  They were cut using sticker paper, I removed the backing and glittered using Rapture Blue glitter.

Enjoy the rest of your day, and thanks so much for stopping by!!!  See you soon!

Happy Mother's Day Card

Good morning everyone, hope you are all staying warm!!!  It was 80 degrees here in Houston yesterday, and today it is 39 today!!  Gotta love Texas weather.  Today I will be sharing with you a card I finished for Sparkle N Sprinkle using the Tulip stamp set.  This stamp is so pretty and I think I will be using this design for my Easter cards.  I just love the way it turned out!!

I first cut the background template using my Silhouette. I placed a piece of Super Adhesive Sheet onto a piece of 5 x 5 white cardstock and removed the backing and placed the background piece on top. Sugar Plum glitter was then sprinkled on top of the adhesive sheet and burnished well with my finger.  I brushed away the loose glitter and was so happy with this beautiful background for my tulips.

A circle was cut in the middle using Spellbinder's Circle Die.  Using the same die and one size smaller I cut a frame for my circle.  The tulips were then stamped and color using copic markers.  I stamped and colored the middle tulip twice and fussy cut it out and placed on top with a pop dot.  The little butterfly was die cut using SU butterfly die, and glittered using Bubblegum glitter.

The sentiment is from My Rose Garden it was stamped with versamark and embossed using Black Detail EP

I really love how pretty this turned out with all the beautiful sparkle!!

Thanks so much for stopping by have a great day, and remember.....Keep Stamping!!

Thinking Of You Card

Good morning everyone, hope you day is off to a wonderful start!!  I would like to share a card using the just released Seasonal Tree Stamp Set from Sparkle N Sprinkle!!  I just love everything about this stamp set it can be used on cards as well as layouts.

The background paper was created using a stencil, Bubblegum and Champagne Gelato.
The image was stamped with versamark and embossed using Teddy Brown EP, then colored using copic markers.  I randomly stamped the leaves using Garden Green and Celery pigment inks.   Once the leaves were stamped I punched small hearts and glittered them using Shell Pink and Fire Engine Red glitter.

A small banner was made using the Lacey Glitter Background technique.  I used Shell Pink and Fire Engine Red glitter.

Love And Kisses!

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are having a wonderful day!!  Thought I would share a Valentine's Day card with you that I just finished using the new Love and Kisses digi stamp from Sparkle N Sprinkle.  This is such a cute set and can be used for many different occasions.

I made a gate fold card, and used my new Anne Griffin Embossing Folder.  These folder and dies are so pretty I just couldn't wait to use them.  I placed a piece of 2 1/2" Tear-ific Tape on both sides of the front of the card and glittered using Fire Engine Red Glitter.  I embossed white CS using the Love Folder, I inked my brayer with versamark and rolled it on top of the embossed area, applied Firecracker Red EP Here is a great tutorial for this technique.

I die cut the heart shape with Anne Griffin's die which is also new.  The heart was then embossed using the new heart folder from Anne Griffin.  The same ttechniquewas used to heat emboss the heart.

The image was printed and colored using copic markers.  I fussy cut the cut couple out and added some sparkle using a glue pen and Fire Engine Red glitter.  I punched some hearts and glittered them using Fire Engine Red glitter as well.

This set was just released last month at Sparkle N Sprinkle, hop on over to see all the beautiful glitters and EP.  If you love their products and would be interested in being a Guest Design Team Member please visit the blog for all the details on the Guest Design Team Call!!

Happy New Year's to you all, hope you had a wonderful Christmas!!
How about all the cute new stamp sets this month!!  I choose to use Ellie Retail Therapy and created a Wiper Card.  This is such a cute technique and fits perfectly with this cute stamp.
Card opened

With the card closed

I just love how cute this turned out.  To create the background I used Anne Griffin embossing folder, embossed the white CS.  Using a brayer and versmark ink I inked the raised embossing area and then applied Blue Silver EP.  You can find a great Tutorial for creating this look.

Ellie was stamped with black ink twice once on white CS and once on DP.  For her dress and hair ribbon, it was cut out and pieced on top of the first image.  The 1st image was colored with copic markers and glittered using a glue pen and Sparkling Snow, Waterfall and Bubblegum glitter. The image was then fussy cut and placed on card using pop dots.
Mon Ami Gabby Diamond Mesh was attached to the front of the card.

Strips were added to the end of the card.  One was embossed using Anne Griffin's Embossing Folders.

Using Super Adhesive Sheets  place a piece on top of white CS, remove backing and cover with Sparkling Snow glitter.  Stamp the Born to Shop sentiment and punch using a circle punch.  The edges were inked with pink distress ink.
