Anniversary Card

Good morning all, hope your Easter was blessed!!  We had so much fun, wonderful Church service, Easter Egg Hunt with the grand babies, and a wonderful meal cooked by my son.

These are my sweet grandchildren all ready to hunt eggs!!

The day before Easter was my daughter and son-in-law's 11th anniversary!  I have just received all of Anna Griffin's beautiful dies, embossing folders and borders and knew I wanted to make a card for them using these!!  Here is a look at what I came up with

I embossed the card front with one of the new lace embossing folders.  Die cut the flourish from the center and placed a piece of pink cardstock behind.  I used brushable glue with a brush, covered the flourish and glittered it using Sparkling Snow.

The sentiment was stamped from SNS Rose Garden and die cut using Sizzix's Funky Labels

The corners are also from Anna Griffin.  Die cut and glittered with Bubblegum Glitter using brushable glue.
The images were stamped and color using copic markers

The flowers were die cut using Tim Holtz's Tattered Flowers Die.  I cut the flowers from white CS and used copic makers to color.  I used a flicking motion on the flowers to create a really beautiful look.

Easter Wishes

I would like to share my Easter Cards with you today!!  Here is a look of this years cards.

This card was made using Elizabeth Craft stickers, copic markers and shimmer sheetz.

For these 2 cards, I used the Tulips Stamp Set.  The sentiment is a Stampin Up stamp.

The background was created using a stencil and the new Tim Holtz's spritzer.  Using blue and green markers with the spritzer really created a pretty background effect.

The idea for these 2 cards was gotten from Eret,  please take a look at her lovely card HERE!

And the last cards are for the ladies of my school class!

These were all made using the new Anna Griffin embossing folders with coordinating dies.

I hope you all have a blessed Easter!!!

The flowers were all stamped with black ink and colored with copic markers.  Fussy cut and place on edge of circle.

I just had to share this card with you!!  I saw a video on Facebook from Elizabeth Craft Designs that I thought I have to try.  I was in my local scrapbooking store and they had the peel off stickers that she is showing on this video.  I purchased 2 sets of them, they have just been waiting for me to do something with them.  So today I sat down and create a card using the Rose Set.  This was so easy and it is just beautiful!!

I don't know if you can see all the beautiful sparkle, but it is really beautiful.  Just watch her video and following her instructions for all the details on how to make a card like this, you want be disappointed.  I used Cloud Nine microfine glitter from Sparkle N Sprinkle and the Rose Set from Elizabeth Craft Designs.

You color on top of the glitter using copic makers.

The background was created using stencils and Tim Holtz's Spritzer, I just picked this up and just love it!  It really is easy to use and makes for some really pretty background looks!!
I used copic markers G14 and B00 for this background.

This pretty butterfly is from Brocade Background from Sparkle N Sprinkle.
I stamped this on embossable acetate with versamark and emboss with black EP
I them applied a piece of 2 1/2" Tear-ific Tape on the backside remove the backing and added glitter.  Fussy cut out.

I hope you can find the time to see this tutorial it is really worth the time!!

Diamond Medallion

Good morning all, hope you all enjoyed the April Release of Sparkle N Sprinkle's 5 new stamp sets!!  Here is a look at all 5 of them!  They are all wonderful stamps and you will want to pick up some of them for your projects!!

I shared a sneak peek of a layout using the new Diamond Medallion set.  It is a really pretty stamp and could be used in so many ways.

I stamped the diamond images onto the page with green ink and then stamped the image 2 more times onto white CS with versamark, punched the centers out with a circle punch.  Using pastels chalks to color the image inside the circle.

These really made a pretty embellshiment for my layout!

There are a lot of stenciling on this page using inks and embossing paste.

The butterfly is from the Brocade Background stamp set.  I stamped it onto embossable acetate with versamark and embossed with Black Detail EP.  Place a piece of 2 1/2" Tear-ific Tape on the back of the butterfly, fussy cut out.  Remove the backing and glitter.

If you would like more details on how to make this layout, please visit my Sparkle N Sprinkle Gallery!
