Splish Splash

Good morning all I would to share a layout with you using the newly released Splish Splash stamp set.  This set is so cute and works so great with the new chunky EP.

I started my layout by cutting the overlay using my Silhouette, once cut Glossy Accents was added to the raindrops.  The overlay was placed on top of the background paper.

The clouds, sun,  puddle and umbrella were also cut using the Silhouette.

The clouds, puddle and sun were all inked and a little sparkle was added to the edges using a glue pen and Sparkling Snow glitter. Glossy Accents was added to the puddle.

The umbrella was cut into 4 different pieces.  The pieces were inked with versamark and embossed using Chunky Red, Red Rock and Black Orchid EP.

A piece of white cardstock was cut about 3 inches wide.  The piece was inked with versamark and embossed using Checkers EP.  The images were stamped with versamark and embossed using Super Thick White EP.  They were then fussy cut out and placed on the border strip.

Thanks so much for stopping by, have a wonderful day and remember....Keep Stamping!

Giving Thanks

Good morning, I have been playing along with Splitcoaststampers Hope You Can Cling Challenge which started Oct. 1st.  This is a wonderful challenge, if you would like to help those that are dealing with cancer this is the challenge for you!

The challenge for Wednesday was to have a mosaic look on your card.  I created that look using a brick stencil, 3d gloss gel and Red Rock chunky embossing powder from Sparkle N Sprinkle (tutorial on using the chunky embossing powder).

As you can see this really created a pretty look.  This embossing powder will be available soon at Sparkle N Sprinkle.

The scarecrow image is from Harvest Scarecrow from Sparkle N Sprinkle.

The image was stamped and colored using copic markers.  A little sparkle was added using a glue pen and Sparkling Snow glitter.
