Blessed

Good morning all, today I am going to share the layout that I promised yesterday!!  I will be using the same Corner Garden stamp set from Sparkle N Sprinkle.  The images were all enlarged to fix the layout.  It is so much fun using the digi stamps as they can be made as large or small as needed.  Lets' get started on all the details!

First the images were sized and printed out using the color set.  They were cut out using the Silhouette.  Using Anna Griffin's new  Border Dies to cut all the die cuts out.

The frame die is also from Anna Griffin.  Once the die was cut out I placed Pink Opal Glimmer Paste on top.  This really gave a pretty sparkle!

Here you can see how pretty the digi stamps are, they were enlarged quite a bit to fit the layout.  The larger flower was cut twice to add dimension. Sparkle was added to all of the flowers using the Small Nuvo Glue PenSpirited GreenWaterfall, Bubblegum and Sunny Daze glitter.   The butterfly was stamped using the rubber stamp set and the color on glitter technique. The strips of white cardstock were embossed using a Anna Griffin embossing folder and shimmer was added using Peony Pink, Aquamarine, Spring Green and Lemon Sorbet Mousse.

The digi butterfly was also enlarged using the color stamp.  Sparkle was added using the Small Nuvo Glue Pen, Bubblegum, Orchid, Lavender Iris and Sparkling Snow glitter.  Small drops of White Crystal Drops were added to the body of the butterfly.

This die cut is so beautiful, the backing was die cut twice once from sticker paper and once from a dark purple cardstock.  The scalloped piece was placed on top of the sticker paper and the sticky areas were covered using Sparkling Snow glitter.  They were layered together and placed behind the photo.

The bow and sentiment was also cut using Anna Griffin dies.  For the bow I covered a piece of pink cardstock with the Pink Opal Glimmer Paste for a pretty soft sparkle.

I hope you have enjoyed this layout!!!  Using the digi stamps on your layout is so much fun they can be sized to fit any space on your layouts or cards.  Please stop by the Sparkle N Sprinkle store to see all of the amazing products!!

Have a wonderful day and remember......Keep Stamping!!

4th of July

Good morning all, hope your day is off to a great start!!!  Today I am sharing a layout with you using the new digi Proudly Patriotic stamp set, along with some pretty heat embossed stars.  Come along as I show you have this came together.

To get started on my stars for this layout I cut different size stars using my Silhouette.  Next I used this tutorial to create the embossed enamel look.  The stars were inked using versamark , Silver Bells, Holiday Blue, Sapphire,  and Red Apple embossing powders were sprinkled on top of the stars.  After they were heated using the parchment paper, I was not quite happy with the results, so I inked again with versamark, covered with Clear embossing powder and heat set again.  Once this was dry the stars had a pretty shine to them from the Clear powder.  I loved the look!!  I hope you will give this a try it is really a pretty look for your cards or layouts.

Next I used the Large Nuvo Glue Pen around the edges and glittered using Sassy Silver glitter.

Strips of 3/4" Tear-ific Tape was placed on top of a strip of cardstock, the protective backing was removed  and a 1/4" strip of Tear-ifc Tape was placed in the middle.  The strip was then covered with Princess Anna Royal.  The protective backing was removed from the smaller strip of tape and covered with Sassy Silver glitter.  For the second strip the step were repeated using Fire Engine Red, and Sassy Silver glitter.

Next the flag image was enlarged and printed using the color set.  I then fussy cut the flag out and inked using versamark.  The flag was covered with Velvet Sparkle embossing powder and heat set.  The flag was placed on the layout using foam tape.

Sassy Silver glitter and the Large Nuvo Glue Pen were used on the smaller stars.   For the medium stars they were cut from sticker paper and glittered using Princess Anna Royal, Fire Engine Red and Sassy Silver glitter.  Small drops of White Crystal Drops were placed in the centers.   Small strips of washi tape was placed on the top right corner.

Thanks so much for stopping by, hope you have enjoyed my layout.  Be sure to hop over to the Sparkle N Sprinkle store to see all of the new stamp sets including digi sets!!

Patriotic Layout

Good morning all, hope you are enjoying your day!!  Today I would like to share a layout with you using the new Patriotic Girlfriends stamp set from Sparkle N Sprinkle.  For this project I did you the digi set and enlarged them to fit my project.  Let's get started on the project.

As you can see the images are quite large that is the fun part of using digi.  Let me share a card using the actual rubber stamp so that you can see the difference.

You can really get creative with digi stamps and make then fit any project whether big or small.

To start the background layers for my layout, I embossed a piece of white cardstock with a Cuttlebug stars embossing folder.  The raised areas of the stars were covered with Nuvo Cornflower Blue Mousse.  This mousse is so pretty and shimmery!!

Next the fireworks were cut using svg files and my Silhouette.  They were cut from cardstock as well as sticker paper and glittered using Fire Engine Red, Colbalt Glaze, and Sassy Silver.  Small drops of Autumn Red Crystal Drops were placed in the center as well as on the star background layer. Small drops of the Autumn Red, Navy Blue and White Crystal Drops were used on the grey panel.

The America title was also enlarged and printed using the color version of the stamp set.  It was cut out using my Silhouette and placed on the layout using foam dots.

Here you see these cute gals all ready for a parade, as were my grandchildren in the photos!!  They were enlarged, printed using the color version of the digi stamp and cut out using the Silhouette.  Sparkle was added to them using Nuvo Small Glue Pen and Sparkling Snow glitter.  They were placed on the layout using foam tape.

As you can see digi stamps are so versatile in that they can be sized to fit any project.  You can print either the color version are the black and white and color yourself.  Be sure to hop on over to Sparkle N Sprinkle to see all of the digi stamp sets!!

Easter Fun!

Good morning everyone, for the month of May reveal at Sparkle N Sprinkle the designers were asked to use Dreamweaver Stencils and different techniques on our projects. I would like to share my layout using Dreamweaver's Corner Flowers stencil with embossing paste and glitter.

To start my layout I placed the stencil in the bottom and top corners and covered it using Dreamweaver's White Embossing Paste.

The stencil was them removed and glitter was applied to the flowers using Spirited Green, Waterfall, Daisy, Bubblegum and Purple Dust.   Here is a tutorial on this technique.

Next I placed the stencil onto white cardstock and used a sponge daubers with distress ink on several of the flowers.  They were then fussy cut out and placed under the photo.

Waterfall, Bubblegum and Sparkling Snow glitter was added to the little bunny and eggs using a glue pen.  This bunny was a svg file.  The grass border was die cut and placed under the photo.

Additional stenciling was added using Dreamweaver Pearlescent Embossing Powder and TCW Mini Quatrefoil stencil.  These were just placed at random on the page.

The title was also a svg file that was cut and glittered using a glue pen and Waterfall, Evening Glow, Bubblegum and Spirited Green glitter.

Thanks so much for stopping by, have a wonderful day!!
