Hope you all are having a fun time on the blog hop!!  There are so many amazing stamp sets this month, as well as the digi pack.  I have loved playing with many of them this month.  For this month's reveal I chose the Patriotic Girls stamp set and a starburst background.  Come along and let me show you how it was created.

To start the background I used left over papers and cut them in 1" and 2" strips.  You will cut them in a diagonal. Once the strips are cut I layered them on top of sticker paper, starting in the middle.

Continue layering around the sticker paper.  Once you have completed the background, you will cut off any excess paper.

Once all the strip have been cut cover the remain sticky parts with Sparkling Snow glitter.  You can find a tutorial HERE on this technique.

Next I stamped the image with black ink colored with copic makers and added glitter using Nuvo's Small Glue Pen and Sparkling Snow glitter.  They were then fussy cut out and were layered on top of a circle die cut using Spellbinders Circle dies.

The edge of the blue and red cardstock were lined with 1/8" Tear-ific Tape the protective backing was removed and glittered using Fire Engine Red and Denim glitters.

The sentiment was stamped using the Patriotic Icons stamp set along with versamark and embossed with White Detail EP.  I really loved how this turned out.  I have also completed a scrapbook layout using the digi version of this stamp set.  I will leave you with a sneak peek of it.  I would love for you to stop back by to see the complete project!

Thanks so much for stopping by have fun on the blog next stop is the very talented ANNE!!

Have a Beautiful Day!

Good afternoon all, hope you all are having a beautiful day!!  Today I would like to share my card from Sparkle N Sprinkle's February reveal it is using the Leafy Flower Spring Wreath.  Let's get started.

The lattice piece was die cut using Spellbinder's Lattice die cut.

To start my background I used Emerald Green Glimmer Paste and covered my cardstock.  It needed to dry about 30 minutes.

Once dry I had a very sparkly background for my card.

The lattice frame was placed on top of the background paper using foam dots.  Next the wreath image was stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored using copic makers.

Sparkle was added to the wreath using Nuvo Small Glue Pen along with Sparkling Snow, Spirited Green and Pinkerbell glitter.  The wreath was fussy cut out and adhered to the background using foam dots.

The sentiment was stamped with versamark and embossed using Rosa EP.  It was die cut using Eastern Oyster Layering Basics Dies.  The edges were inked and small drops of Key Lime Jewel Drops were placed on the corners.

Thanks so much for stopping by have a wonderful day and remember.....Keep Stamping!!

A Good Friend is Like a Four Leaf Clover

Happy Monday to everyone!  As we approach March I would like to share a St. Patrick's Day card with you using the new digi Luck of the Irish Enchantress stamp set from Sparkle N Sprinkle.  This is such a cute stamp set!!  Let's get started on how this all came together.

To create the pretty background I used a Prima stencil and Nuvo's Emerald Green Glimmer Paste.

Using a palette knife I covered the cardstock with the glimmer paste.  Removed the stencil and let dry.

Here is the finished background paper.  The glimmer pastes are so pretty and there are so many ways to use them.  I hope you will check out all the colors over at the SNS store.

Next I printed the color images and cut them out using my Silhouette.  Sparkle was and added  using the Nuvo Small Glue Pen, Spirited Green, Evening Glow, and Sparkling Snow. I used Spellbinder's Fancy Ovals and die cut the larger die for a frame for my image to rest on.  A smaller oval was die cut from sticker paper and glittered using Lady Luck.  The two ovals were then layered together and the image placed on top using foam tape.  Small drops of Dandelion Crystal Drops were placed on the small shamrocks. For the large ones Pale Gold Crystal Drops were added to the centers.

The sentiment was also printed and adhered to the card using foam tape.

I would like to thank you for stopping by hope you have enjoyed my card as much as I did making it!!

Have a wonderful day and remember.....Keep Stamping!!

Get Well Wishes

Good morning everyone, hope you are having a wonderful Wednesday!! This morning I want to share a project with you using the new Pansies stamp set.  Today's project will use the digi stamp along with the beautiful digi papers and the rubber stamp.  Let's get started on how this came together.

To start my project I printed out the color images and cut them out using my Silhouette.  I did cut multiples of the flowers so that they could be layered using foam dots.

Once the flowers were cut out and layered on top of the main image, I printed out the beautiful watercolor papers.  These papers are so beautiful!!  The background papers were then layered on top of white cardstock with a strip of 1/8" Tear-ific Tape along the edges.

The sentiment was stamped using the rubber stamp.  Small drops of Purple Rain Glitter Drops were placed on the top and bottom corners. The edges were then glittered using Purple Rain glitter.

Closer look at the layering of the flowers.  Sparkle was added using Nuvo's Small Glue Pen, Sparkling Snow and Spirited Green glitter. Small drops of Dandelion Crystal Drops was placed in the flower centers.

Another look at these beautiful flowers!!  This digi set is so pretty make sure to hop over to the store to take a look at it.

Thanks so much for stopping by have a great day, and remember......Keep Stamping!!!
