Valentine's Day Cards

I have been having so much fun with the Pop N Cut's that I got for Christmas!!! These Pop N Cuts are from Sizzix, and design by Karen Burniston and are so much fun!!!  I just love how pretty they all turned out.  I used the base die for 2 of them and the Hello Set  for the last one.  Be sure to check out the Sizzix site or Karen's blog for some wonderful ideas.

Timeless Tuesday Challenge #203

Hello Flourishes friends, today's challenge is being hosted by Broni.  Today challenge is to used colors from the poppy family, emerald family and rich brown family.  These are not colors I would normal put together so it was a challenge for me!  I saw a card on Pinterest from Karen's Kraft Room and wanted to use the design in the colors for the challenge.   The stamps are both Stampin Up stamps, Cuttlebug heart embossing folder and Stampin Up butterfly diecut.  Stamped both stamps with Poppy Red.  It turned out quite nice and I really like the look of the colors!  Hope you all have a wonderful week.

SNSSC15 Challenge (Sparkle and Sprinkle)

The January challenge over at Sparkle and Sprinkle is to create a card using the above sketch.  I love challenges with a sketch to following.  I had this beautiful digi stamp sitting on my desk for several months and decided to use it for this challenge.  I colored the stamp with copic markers and used Sparkle and Sprinkle semi-trans Sparkling Snow glitter to highlight the butterfly and flowers.  I am very pleased with the way it turned out.  I found Sparkle and Sprinkle glitter at their booth at Scrapbook Expo and have been in love with all of their glitters!! Be sure to check their website for all the amazing products!!

Love Letter Challenge

It time for The Love Letters Challenge from Flourishes, and it is all about love! It is also Release Week can't wait to see what they have in store for us!!! I have made 2 cards for this challenge, the 1st using the Botanical Bookplates from Flourishes and the Love stamp from Stampin Up. Colored the stamp with copic markers and used the Bookplate diecut from Flourishes to cut out the tag. It really turned out nice. The 2nd card was made using the Stampin Up Owl Punch, this is such a cute little punch (just love it). Cut out little hearts for balloons using my circut. Hope you all are having a great week and be sure to check out Flourishes site for all the Release Week surprises!!
