Be sure to link up your project to have a chance to win!! I would like to share a 2nd card I made with the beautiful Sue Wilson Designs Stained Glass Collections - Sail Boat die. I just love this die!!
To create the colorful background I used Ken Oliver Color Burst Powders, watercolor paper and water.
These colors are so vibrant!! Once the background was dry, adhesive was added to the entire background paper using spray adhesive. The die cut sail boat was placed on top of the sticky background paper. To complete the card Sparkling Snow glitter was sprinkled on top of the open areas and burnished with my finger. This gave the finished project a pretty sparkle.
The shells were stamped using Sparkle N Sprinkle's Tropical Stamp Set.
