Don't Look Back

Good morning everyone, I would like to share my last project from Sparkle N Sprinkle's January Reveal.  Today I will be using the new Cattelya Friendship stamp set.  Let's get started on all the details!

To create the sparkly edges of the card base I placed strips of 1/8" Tear-ific Tape along the edges removed the backing and glittered using BurgundyGlitz and ParisianMist.  For the card background a lattice frame was die cut from the middle using a Anna Griffin die.  The background layer was placed on top of a piece of sticker paper which was glittered using Cloud Nine glitter.  The frame was then adhered to the opening using foam dots.

Next I stamped the pot using the Build a Flower stamp set and fussy cut out.

It was then covered with glue using the Nuvo Large Glue pen and let dry slightly.  Nuvo Gilding Cooper Flakes were placed on top and rubbed lightly.

Using a stiff brushes the excess flakes were brushed away.  I then re stamped the pot with StazOn black ink on top of the flakes.

Using a piece of Super Adhesive Sheet placed on top of white cardstock covered with Cloud Nine glitter the flowers were stamped with black ink.  The images was then colored using copic markers.  They were then fussy cut out and placed behind the flower pots.  A small pull ribbon bow was added to the pot along with a pearl.  Small drops of Orange Marmalade Jewel Drops were added to the flowers.  You can find a tutorial HERE on how to color on glitter.

Drops of Rhubarb Crumble Crystal Drops were added to the top right corner and left bottom corner.

The sentiment was stamped with black ink and die cut using Tonic's LayeringBasic Dies-Cockle Shell.

Thanks so much for stopping, hope you will stop back bye this evening to see Sparkle N Sprinkle's February Reveal, lots of beautiful stamps and amazing project!!

Have a wonderful day and remember.....Keep Stamping!!
